7. Can I get cancel my booking for the Kritsa Gastronomy Hotel?
Existing Reservations: All reservations – even those described as “non-cancellable” (“Advanced Purchase or pre-pay”) – that are scheduled for arrival before May 30, 2020, can be changed to an alternative date at no charge up to 12 noon on the day of arrival.
New reservations: Any reservation you make that are booked between 1/6/2020 and November 30th, for any future arrival date, can be changed up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival or cancelled at no charge up to 5 days before your scheduled arrival.

In response to the coronavirus, we are undertaking additional measures in consultation with national, global and local public health organizations in line with precautionary and response procedures to continue to provide a safe environment.

We are fully briefing our teams on an ongoing basis with regular updates and enhanced operating protocols based on the advice of public health authorities and professionals.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning all areas using high-grade disinfectant.
