7. Can I get cancel my booking for the Kritsa Gastronomy Hotel?
Existing Reservations: All reservations – even those described as “non-cancellable” (“Advanced Purchase or pre-pay”) – that are scheduled for arrival before May 30, 2020, can be changed to an alternative date at no charge up to 12 noon on the day of arrival.
New reservations: Any reservation you make that are booked between 1/6/2020 and November 30th, for any future arrival date, can be changed up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival or cancelled at no charge up to 5 days before your scheduled arrival.
